As a veteran of the vacation rental industry for over 25 years, I’ve experienced a lot. From cleaning properties on a Saturday to high-stakes mergers and acquisitions. I co-founded a and crowd funded a leading tech supplier, built a European agency, and a UK management company, cumulatively overseeing nearly 1,000 properties before successfully exiting four businesses. Crushed between these has been a position of European VP of a major multi-family US business.
My expertise is now focused on helping other short-term rental businesses navigate the complexities of our evolving market. Through my consultancy, Yes Consulting™, I specialize in future-proofing businesses, advising on growth, technology adoption, and strategic exit planning. I provide grounded, practical guidance to help companies thrive in a rapidly changing landscape. I am also a founder of the Avio Group.
