Currently based in Madrid as Director of Vacation Rental Partnerships, EMEA at Expedia Group, he leads multi-layered teams that optimize supply relationships with thousands of homeowners and professional property managers across the region while driving scalable impact in a global two-sided marketplace.
Having lived and worked across EMEA, LATAM, and NORAM, Jurriaan brings an inclusive leadership style, a strong ability to guide teams through change, and a deep understanding of cultural nuances and partner needs.
His trajectory spans senior roles in hotel and vacation rental partnerships, new business development, and account management, following earlier international sales leadership positions with El Cid Resorts and hotel openings in the Riviera Maya.
