Jenn Boyles is a marketing strategist and the founder of Direct Booking Success, a company dedicated to helping short-term rental professionals take back control of their bookings and grow with confidence. A former Airbnb Superhost, Jenn discovered early on that relying on OTAs limited profitability and brand potential. She built her own direct booking brands in the UK and Europe before turning her expertise into education, training, and tools for the wider industry.
Jenn is best known as the creator of the Direct Booking Success Summit (the largest global online event for STR professionals) and host of the Direct Booking Success Podcast. She also runs the STR Content Lab, a membership where property managers get their marketing done with expert support, AI-powered tools, and community accountability, and she is the creator of Book Direct Pro, an all-in-one marketing platform built specifically for vacation rental pros. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Jenn works with hosts and property managers worldwide who want more profit, more control, and more direct bookings.
