A former Regimental Sergeant Major in the Royal Marines, Jamie is no stranger to structure, grit, or a good challenge. After years of global operations, he swapped the battlefield for the boardroom and, for a time, a film set, serving as Military Advisor for Game of Thrones. Now 11 years into life as founder and Managing Director of Anglesey Holiday Lettings (AHL), Jamie leads with the same discipline and drive that shaped his early career.
He doesn’t do it alone. Behind the numbers is Debbie Miles, specialist nurse turned Financial Director, she’s been key to AHL’s growth and keeping everything on track.
AHL is known for its people-first approach. With over 90 properties across the island, a loyal guest base, and an award-winning team, the business continues to grow. Right now, the focus is on tackling the challenges of OTAs head-on, refining tech and systems, and keeping the balance between professionalism and personality at the heart of the brand.
