For the first time, the SCALE Show will take place over a weekend with a festival-like experience focusing on education, connection and fun. At any SCALE Show, service providers are not permitted to purchase tickets, so you know every attendee in the room is just like you – an ambitious STR professional.
- Relevant education is at the heart of all SCALE Shows. The SCALE team curates content around topics chosen by attendees during registration, meaning all presentations and panel discussions are more relevant to attendees.
- Speakers are strictly prohibited from pitching services on stage, resulting in more engaging sessions.

SCALE Fest is primarily aimed at professional property management companies. To maintain the quality of networking and content, SCALE shows are generally restricted to operators managing a portfolio of 10 or more units. This ensures that every conversation revolves around complex challenges like team leadership, trust accounting, and multi-channel AI integration.
I bought a ticket but now I can't come. What is the refund policy?
In line with SCALE’s General Cancellation and Refund Policies, full refunds are permitted within 7 days of ticket purchase.
If you are unable to attend the conference, we encourage you to transfer your ticket to a colleague, as this is the sole responsibility of the original ticket holder. Please email [email protected] with a change request.
